While Mytravel bookers can only cancel their entire trip, operational staff can cancel one or more sectors from a booking, starting from origin or destination, for outbound or return legs.
For data integrity purposes (ensuring that complex multi-sector amendments cannot inadvertently create corrupted data that might error when syncing to the GDS):
- a sector in the middle cannot be cancelled
- return bookings will automatically split into 2 bookings for outbound and return, if the outbound and return routes do not match
